the greens!

 

hello all!!

pretty long absense huh.. anyway, i've started my South Beach Diet Program.. lets just see, what happens after 2 weeks Wink

so.. the first phase of this diet actually prohibits one from carbs (rice, potato, pasta, bread...) and fruits.. so.. i survived so far! 2 days.. hehe AND BEST IS... i can feel a wheee bit difference at the waist line..

so.. for dinner, its ... er... shrimps and broccoli and an egg, with veges
HEY!!! IT TASTED GOOD !!! trust me.. its the nicest 'meat-less, rice-less, pasta-less' meal i made...

looks ok right ?? ahhaha

tada!!

simple recipe

5-7 shrimps
a few chunks of brocolli
plum tomato, quatered
few leaves of baby butterhead
3 button mushrooms, sliced
1 egg, hard boiled
1/2 lemon
olive oil
salt and pepper

First, boil the egg. Then, sautee the shrimps, mushrooms and broccoli in a pan with little oil. add some salt n pepper to taste (optional i guess). when it's almost done, squeeze some lemon juice into it.. just a lil.

serve with the baby butterhead and plum tomatoes

well.. enjoy!!

tried this diet once, did not work on me. backfire even. but wish you luck anyhow. all of us loves to keep fit

kbcg ... the egg i bought is those lowered colestrol edi wan.. so sometimes its good to consume abit... hehe..

Gambateh!! Keeping Fit Is A Woman's Life Long Carer!! My lil suggestion: Should skip the egg yolk..high calories leh..:p

maybe try few drops of balsamic vinegar, yum~
